I doubt even Exide is stupid enough to try and market a calcium/calcium battery as being a cyclable battery. If the lid has no opanable cell caps and the battery has lost considerable capacity it's a goner. Never ever ever cycle a calcium/calcium battery cell caps or no cell caps.
"Extreme Duty" does not translate to cyclability. This could be a 1000 CCA engine starting battery.
Exide's world headquarters is in India.
Whether or not Exide is relabelling Mexican batteries is anyone's guess. LTH refuses to make calcium/calcium but Gohner does make them. Mexican mechanics sneer at Gohner brand.
Regardless. No filler caps and problems mean you have a battery trade-in core.
