Is it okay to equalize maintainence free batteries?
Just wondering if it could possibly hurt a maintenance free battery? Thanks for all responses. Gary

Have not seen the moniker "Maintenance Free" but have seen "Low Maintenance". Delco had a slice of the group 31 market with their 3 models of all calcium battery. But big rigs matured into sleepers with mucrowave ovens and inverters. The all calcium battery fell flat on it's face. Now the word is AGM.
After 1954 Exide was gutted. Their engineers migrated to other battery manufacturers. Now that Germany is pounding out ultra quiet diesel submarines batteries are in vogue but Exide makes these batteries in India.
Oooooo I love my all calcium Gohner 45 amp hour toad battery. I trust it as far as I could throw it (3" when facing down wind).
