Is this a good deal in Quartzsite?

It wouldn't be the first time someone tried to play on the ignorant. There is a person here selling 70w panels, some wire, a cheap PWM controller and a set of batery clips for the low low price of just $369. When he tried to advertize on a RV board I called him on it as the parts were a fraction of that. He said he was looking for the stupid and lazy to sell to. Any one that knew anything about solar and it's cost wouldn't be calling him and he knew it.

Sounds like he made it to the Q. lol
