The nice thing about Quartzsite is all the shopping opportunities, and seeing all the things I don't own, and feel I never will need to own. Like self monitoring tire pressure gauges for a show stopping price of $250, which would buy me probably 3 out of the 4 tires I need for the 14" rims on my TT?
But the people that are there are really nice, so far. Lots of fun to mingle in the masses, check out tattoo ink, meet up with some really earthy people, share the hobo life, heck, even take in a freak show if you want to walk or ride on a bike around main street instead of drive.
AZ has a way of hardening people up, me thinks. Some sort of magnetism to what appears to be either desert rats that don't shower, or homeless folks with it's mild winters.
