I like the panels as window awnings
We don't know the compass headings of the picture
But my guess is the picture was taken looking north , because the Sat dish is pointing toward the picture taker
And
Zoom in look closely, panels are raised and tilted toward picture taker
An open vent cap and top of A/C unit are visible
Tilt on Sat dish is pretty good
I estimate he might be in the lower half of the USA
But far enough north that foliage turns in the fall
Picture looks to be taken in fall or winter
