So you have proven that the trailer and adapter work properly.
Now go to the side of the T-connector. Check to see if the pins are straight and plugged firmly together.
If you have test light probe the back of the t-one connector to see if the brown wire has power with the headlights on.
Getting close to a bad t-one adapter.
