Get a couple of blue 5 gallon potable water jugs.. Bypass the RV tank, you can disconnect the water pump inlet from the RV tank, run a hose from the water pump inlet and drop it into the 5 gallon water jug. Pump should be able to draw from the jug..
Then you can plan how to fix or replace the RV tank over winter.
If you have a pickup truck, they do make large bladder type of tanks folks use to haul extra water which could be rigged up also to bypass your failed tank.
Otherwise slathering glue like JB on plastic tank will result in water leaks which will damage your RV.
As others have mentioned, plastic welding with correct plastic welder is the correct tool for the job.
