Check your Dish remote manual. There is usually a way for the remote to learn codes from a device (the Jensen tv in this case). Some require a procedure of pointing it at the device and literally going through a sequence of buttons until you find the ones that work. Others have a learn mode where you point the remotes at each other and the "master" will learn what it needs from the other one.
