Junction box part on 2007 Keystone Laredo
Hi. First post here. I need to get this gray plastic collar like thing opened up so I can replace the breakaway switch.

The 7 wires are squeezed together so tightly I can't pull out any wire. I've tried everything I can think of. I'm anticipating feeling stupid. Anyone tell me how get the plastic clamping collar (don't know what it's called).opened up? Thank you.
