You can get heavy duty jumper cables.
For my portable panel I got two 25ft solar cables (10g) with MC4 connectors on one end for $32 shipped and they had 50ft sets.
For a simple tilting set up until I decide what to do, I use a pair of pine slats as long as the side of the panel and two c clamps. Fast, easy, simple to adjust and no investment until I decide just what to do.
