She doesn't need a 100ft roll, and I think MC4 connectors have to be soldered.
Copper Clad Aluminum wire - interesting, I didn't know about this. Seems one of those shortcuts (perfectly legal) that we'll see more and more in coming years, with raw materials becoming scarce, thanks to China.
Here is the cable with MC4 connectors that I would buy on Ebay - doesn't have to be this length, and they have 12 gauge too, but from this brand. US made, copper conductor. Don't know if link will work, the seller is unlimited-solar
