That spreadsheet is a nice tool, but should be used carefully - like any tool, or it won't give the needed results. For example, there are "fans" from inverter and "fans" from DC - one should should be excluded, and then there is a "bathroom fan". There is a "refrigerator" in DC loads, and then there is a "refrigerator" in Fantom Loads - again, one should be excluded. Overall, a good spreadsheet, easy to use.
