Your timing on picking up a real gem of an antenna is perfect. I retired from Rohr Aircraft Inc, that built several thousand horn antennas over a few decades. These are becoming available on the secondary market on a regular basis.
Slide one of these on top, wit the 'open end' towards the rear. The nice thing about this one, is when the boss locks you outside for inappropriate comments, you have a place to stay out of the elements. It's a 2FER!
Get all of this research completed, so I know what to buy when we replace our Star Ship Enterprise RS1500 soon:)!
