Hi RJ,
Is 11 volts a typo? I'd NEVER take my bank down to 11 volts, even if I were running my 2500 watt inverter "flat out". Since Mitch has a marine battery *neither* should she. 12.2 under load would be a much safer target for her needs.
Amps will tell her nothing. Volts give an unreliable indication unless, over time, you develop your own personal "chart" of when to charge.
To do that is going to require the use of specific gravity measurements.
