It's not much to look at ....but this is my Honda tent.
It's stood up to a few whopper storms....and my front rain fly keeps my extended gas tank out of the wet as well.
I built one similar to this for my 2000i. Went snowmobiling/camping at 25 below. I went to move it and the PVC pipe broke in several places!!!!
Been meaning to build a new one but now it has to be bigger for the "twins'. - havasuExplorerIf he was a Redneck he would have moved it inside while it rained!
Nice idea - I guess you can live with the stares and smiles from those that 'don't get it' :) - markandkimExplorer IIEvery campgound has picnic tables.
Try the blue tarp over the picnic table, works at home for me. - RbertalottoExplorer"Is that extended run fuel tank attached?"
Yes.......

- AtleeExplorer IIThe side of that Honda does not get hot, at all.
Different story if the jerry can was sitting that close behind the genny.MNtundraRet wrote:
There better not be any gas in that gas can sitting next to a hot running generator. - Is that extended run fuel tank attached?

Funny thing you should mention...last hurricane I had to run from, when camping I was at Scusset Beach SP, Massachusetts. - xaugievikeExplorerIt's not much to look at ....but this is my Honda tent.

And the gas can was in over 100 degree sun for days. Good gerry cans are made to take extreme conditions. But thanks for your concern....
