KIB Monitor Panel not indicating tank and batt levels

Rig is 2013 Thor Fourwinds. The monitor panel is not indicating tank levels or battery or lps levels. all other functions on the panel work fine. any suggestions. one fourm suggested to check the ground but have no idea where the ground is. tks in advance.
