Me likes the 105c cap rating. Me likes even better a narrow carbon fiber bridge across the tops of the caps and lose the adhesive which is an insulator. Then deflect heat from the choke via a vertical plate of carbon fiber.
I got carried away and ordered 400 square inches of aluminized one-side .5 mm carbon fiber sheets. The chokes in my stuff seem to run around 45 to 55c at 25c ambient. I would be interested in seeing capacitor brand name, and power FET spec number and an image of the heat sink por favor. :)
