1st: kitchen water is not black water.
If you have access to the plumbing between the kitchen sink and gray tank it is not a difficult job. The easiest way is to run the sink drain to the gray vent pipe or shower drain. It all depends on the plumbing layout. I was able to re-plumb the lav sink in my Jayco from the black tank wet vent to the gray tank wet vent by running a new piece of 1.5" ABS pipe and flexible pvc fittings.
