Kitchen sink facet leak. How to remove?

The fittings are behind the sinks & only
reachable via the drawer opening... with
one hand... barely... it’s crazy... I’m good
at dismantling but this is all glued etc...
I’m thinking of removing the sink... I can
reach all wing but tie downs ... but then
I have to un-do the plumbing / traps etc...
