Can you remove it from teh top.. Well. for starters I'm not sure where the leak is
The faucet consists of a lower assembly with the pipes this is attached to the sink exactly like a house hold kitchen sink faucet, Either a single nut on the center spindle or two bolts down through what would be the HOT and COld on a twin knob faucet.
The "ARM" slips over that sealed with an upper and lower O ring, is this where you leak is? Between arm and base. If so read on
Above that is a nut and the handle
The handle has a HEX set screw you will need to remove. you likely already have the wrench in your owner's manual bag but I have many Hex key Sets.
Loosen the nut and remove the handle
Then you remove the chrome (normally) Kurled nut
Then you lift out the valve assembly
Then you can lift off the arm and replace the rings.
