Lance 2375 a/c

We just purchased a 2019 Lance 2375 and picked it up yesterday!! Imagine our excitement!! Set it up in our drive and have the a/c running but it is so loud and we've noticed that when we switch it from hi to lo there not a difference in the speed or noise. Just wondering are they like that or are we doing something wrong?

Love our Lance 2375!!

    I've noticed the same thing (no change in sound w/speed) with newer AC units so I think it's normal.
    Both of my AC's were very loud and emitted a tone (for lack of a better word). They seemed to vibrate a lot.
    I removed the condenser fan (outside) and balanced them. It made a huge difference!
