Large Helium balloon for locating RV when riding

At the dunes in Glamis, I have seen RV's with large helium balloons flying a couple hundred feet above them on a string or rope so riders can find their RV from a long distance. Does anyone know the b...

Might wanna confirm a current price. Helium has "soared" 500% in price the last several weeks. Celso bought several balloons for his son's birthday party in Chula Vista at a party store and the owner complained bitterly about the price of helium.
