LCI Level Up hydraulic jack leaking - what to do next?

Hopefully someone can chime in here. We took delivery of our Raptor about a month ago and we've been out two times in it for approx 3 days each time. The trailer has been parked now for about a week...

That's all dry where the fluid gets pumped in at the top. It appears to be coming out of the bottom by the shaft.
