LCI Level Up hydraulic jack leaking - what to do next?

Hopefully someone can chime in here. We took delivery of our Raptor about a month ago and we've been out two times in it for approx 3 days each time. The trailer has been parked now for about a week...

Yes it will lift the trailer, if the leak is on the road side the jack may fall slowly but the other side of the piston lifts the trailer.
