Check Weep Holes.
They couldn't have plugged with dirt, grime, small bugs etc. that moved out of the opening so the windows could drain. Check all the weep holes on all of your windows.
I check them all the time. They get clogged up all the time. More so depending where you are parked and what type of dang small bugs are prevalent at the time.
Also I had my one window on a cabover leak in 'thru' the weep holes during a real heavy storm. The weep holes could not keep up with it.
The reason was my MH was tipped that way causing copious amounts of water to hit that window in additional to the heavy rain. Leveled out the MH during the rain and it drained properly.
