I would do a pressurized air leakage detection test like Sealtech.
The leak could be coming from a number of sources including up on the roof. Who knows, maybe the water is also going elsewhere too or maybe there are other similar leaks.
Water leakage is the kiss of death on an RV and should not be taken lightly.
