Thanks hornet28...if I am seeing it correctly, it shows lenses and all full set-up...I have the original lenses...I just want to swap in the LED's.

Are you talking the rear lights on an RV? Those are not Ford E series lights, but some aftermarket ones as selected by the coach builder. The front blinkers are OEM Ford lights, of course; and if it's a class B or a bog standard passenger or work van, the rear lights would be the Ford ones.
In general it is about as simple as putting in an appropriate replacement bulb for the fixture. On mine it's just a couple screws on the lens to get to the bulb.
