Use their car finder section to determine what bulbs you need. I put in your info and saw that they list the E350 chassis in regular and super duty.
They also sell the appropriate flasher if needed.

I don’t know how their prices compare with others but I do know there are a million different qualities of led lights so cheapest may not always be the best and likewise with the most expensive.
