An LED does use fewer amps than an incandescent bulb. But you only save in AH, which has the time component.
You can waste a lot of money putting in LEDs for lamps that are hardy ever on for more than a brief time. Also summer time can mean you don't need any lights on from when you get up till almost before bedtime. Winter is the other way around.
Only do what you have to that will actually do you any good in your situation.
Remember the 11th Commandment--"Thou shalt not waste a milliamp" ;)
