Much better specs than Princess Auto light, far brighter, only would need just one light on to equal brightness of the Princess Auto light.. Voltage range would be acceptable, narrow range would indicate it does not use a constant current switching regulator but with the upper rating at 18V should be fine to use.
This is an example of better lights designed for this kind of use.
