LED LIGHTING DC TO DC Buckers 12 to 10 volts?

USA Amazon source? Low dropout voltage? 4 Amos? 2 amps?

A transformer doesn't typically have a dropout voltage either.

I guess I incorrectly assumed switching power supply, using a buck (step down) topology.
