NO.. i think that would destroy the paddle, they are voltage and current regulated
you can buy some LED strip lights, Most can be 'cut' into pieces
the ones i have you can cut the strip into segments, containing multiples of '3' leds, so they can be 3,6,9 leds long
one or two '3 led' segments would make a very tiny wattage LED night light
63 leds , 3 strips of 21 leds, uses only 14w
30 leds , two strips, of 15 leds, ues only 7w
you can get these on a reel of 16ft aka 5 meters for about $12 on Amazon or ebay
more leds than you need for a few night lights, but the price is right
