For people in Canada it would be useful to know that the seller that I mentioned somehow shipped it bypassing the mandatory 12%+$5 tax. Import shipments over $20 are subject to 12% tax + $5 processing fee - all collected by Canada Post if it's a regular parcel (and it was regular, straight to mailbox). Takes from one to three weeks to arrive, a bubble-padded envelope.
Cross-border shipping to Canada by Fedex, UPS etc will result in ridiculously high proprietary "customs brokerage fees" collected by the carrier - on top of the 12% sales tax.
