Winters affect range more than summers, or at least in our experience. Where we are in Canada it doesn’t get that cold so our experience may have limited value here. Maybe minus 20 celsius on a bad day. That and in the winter we don’t do lots of long trips. But I would say at those temps we would see a full third less range...ish. Partly because of the cold, partly because of heater use and partly because of higher rolling resistance. I have heard it is closer to 40 percent loss of range at minus 40....which is never going to happen for us. :) :) :)
