The Overload light was because it was too hot from the truck exhaust
The no start was because you have SUMMER gas in it. Yes in many markets there is a difference between SUMMER and WINTER gas In the summer they add chemicals to reduce to evaporation of the gasoline, and thus when the Mercury heads south for the winter (It gets cold) the gasoline will not evaporate. NOTE: Fuel injected engins do not mind since they vaporise by a different method (Spraying) but carbonated do.
Warm it slightly say a Heat lamp 2 or 3 feet distant aimed at it.. You only need to get it up to "Room" temp (70 degree range even 60 will work).
And run it 30 minutes under load every month.
For now... I'd run it dry and add some WINTER gas to it.
