Limited power in 2004 38 ft monoco sahara Safari

I screwed up, had shore power hook up with air conditioners running and started Generator. About 2 min later lost almost all power in motor home. Have power coming into main breaker from shore or gene...

Read your post twice but I can't quite make sense out of it.
I start my generator all the time while plugged in with No problems.
I am going to read your post again. I am an electrical troubleshooter and would like to help.
My ACs have a two minute delay to kick in.

After reading again it appears you have lost 12 volts. Did your battery disconnect get activated?
Not sure if your thermostats are powered off your 120vac or your 12v supply.
