Actually when I reported this issue to Outdoors RV (they make Timber Ridge), the online tech support just sighed and said yes we know. And he added a link to an shackle/bushing upgrade kit.
I see now they offer a "Back Country"package that includes HD shackle kit and Mor-Ryde suspension. Presumably wet bolts as well.
