Lippert decides it's time to use certified welders?

When I got new shiny wheels for our 5er, it came out that there was no government certifier in the USA for the specs for weight, tire pressure , etc. It was all self- regulated and you just had to take their word for it. I guess that works, because nothing bad has happened since. :)
