I just replaced 9yo Duracell GC2 with a pair of Trojan T-105s. I did the research hoping to replace them with LiFePo4, but the cost was still a big stopper. At five-plus times the cost today and the actuarial tables that say that the Trojans will outlive me, it just did not hold any charm.
I really would have liked to lose that lead weight.
