Yes it does. Why would you think it doesn't? Depending on monitors and the amount of decimals that can be read. Most are xx.xx voltage, some are xx.xxx voltage that is were you would notice the SOC at rest of how linear the voltage is.
That's like asking is my 500ah battery full (100% capacity) at 14.4 (3.6vpc) the same as someone elses 100ah battery charged to 14.4v (3.6vpc) for each given size/ charge/ rated capacity they're the same voltage. One might last just a little longer in use from the size of capacity.
