That said. Lighter. Better for most applications. Still has a problem with too hot/cold temps.. but they are working on ways to solve that (heaters solve the cold side)
For some things (When I replace the 300 amp hours of lead acid behind me here in the plastic safety container in my apartment (Emergency power system) LiFePO4 will be at the top of the consideration list).
But not sure I'd want to trust my car to it (20 below not good for 'em) 100+ not good either)
You could replace the 3 car batteries stored in your apartment with a tin foil hat instead. Would be lighter yet, and much cheaper….
