Looking for a power centre compatible with 240v breakers

Running a 4000 watt heater on 120v with an electric kettle boiling at the same time (plus laptop, stereo, lights etc) would mean at least 46amps on one phase. That would mean 6g wire to the RV. Which would be sort of ridiculous. It would also mean a run of 6g from my house to my garage, which is also ridiculous. And probably wouldn't fit in the conduit anyway.
