looking to replace bathroom fan/vent
I am looking for a quiet bathroom fan/vent. It will have to be 12 volt because the cheap fan that is what the current one runs on. I been looking at the Maxxair but don't really know anything about it...

I replaced my bathroom fan with a Fan-Tastic Fan.
I run it in exhaust mode almost all the time.
If I want to cool off the bedroom I run the fan in exhaust and open the appropriate window or roof vent in the bedroom.
Same if I want to cool off the kitchen or living area.
Also works great to clean out the bathroom after certain events.
