looking to replace bathroom fan/vent
I am looking for a quiet bathroom fan/vent. It will have to be 12 volt because the cheap fan that is what the current one runs on. I been looking at the Maxxair but don't really know anything about it...

I just installed one of the Maxxfan Deluxe in our rv and was using during a fairly heavy rain storm with no water coming through the vent. It was wonderful and moved a lot of air.
A friend installed a Fantastic Fan type in his bath and noticed, with the majorly increased air flow that when he flushed the toilet it pulled the smell into the rig. Also needed to make sure there was a good water seal in the bowl or it would do the same without flushing.
It wouldn't stop me from doing it but just something to keep in mind.
