looking to replace bathroom fan/vent
I am looking for a quiet bathroom fan/vent. It will have to be 12 volt because the cheap fan that is what the current one runs on. I been looking at the Maxxair but don't really know anything about it...

Also any of these brushless or are they all brush motors. The three speed Fan tastic fan 4000 series is what I am currently looking at.
