looking to replace bathroom fan/vent
I am looking for a quiet bathroom fan/vent. It will have to be 12 volt because the cheap fan that is what the current one runs on. I been looking at the Maxxair but don't really know anything about it...

I installed the 3 speed Fantastic Vent. Took maybe 90 minutes. In hindsight I think the remote control would have been convenient for some instead of the reaching high for the switches.
I am sure the Maxxair is just as good.
