Here's an Instruction Sheet for the common Intellitec Latching Battery Disconnect Relay.
HEREI can't help much further, other than to say
1. Those Fuses are for Controlling the Relay, NOT the Coach Power it's controlling.
2. I don't think it's being controlled with power from your Fuse Panel, rather from the Battery side of the Relay. Think about it. If it was powered from the Fuse Panel, once you switched it OFF, there'd be no way to turn it back ON again.
If you're replacing with an identical relay, just disconnect Battery, then take a Pic of the Relay. Dismantle and Reassemble according to the Pic. Re-connect Battery and Test.
