Just found that there's another KiB Disconnect Relay, and I think it might be the one on our Jayco Class C. Here's that wiring diagram:

Notice it only uses two wires and it's called a "Pulsing" relay. Pulse once and it changes from On to Off or Off to On. The Intellitec, and maybe that other KiB that I posted above, reverse the polarity going to those two small terminals. When "I" is hot, it goes into Use/On. When "S" is hot, it goes into Store/Off.
Please look at the Relay in your pix, and post the Number stamped into the plastic, below the molded "KiB" Logo.
