Lost power to fridge

Have you checked other receptacles? The GFCI receptacle as a feed through function, just because it has does not mean receptacles down stream has power. Try pushing the test button then reset GFCI.
Refers are not normally powered through a GFCI.
Have you reset all circuit breakers in the rig? Do so by turning them all off applying light pressure toward off, then turn main breaker on(if equipped), then each branch circuit breakers one at a time.
Make and model of rig would help.

Disconnected wire to the downstream side at the GFI, and depending on the wiring layout at the refer outlet or counter outlet. I would pull the GFI outlet and start checking connections there.

I would not want the refer connected to either a GFCI or EMS as the last thing you want is for it to be turned off for some reason. Ditto for the salesman switch if the refer requires 12V to run. My icemaker has a separate plug and is on the GFCI circuit.

But counter outlets are often on a GFCI and hence your refer may also be on the same circuit. Pull the GFCI out and check for 120V on the load side and proceed from there checking for the issue which can occur at any downstream plug or connector.

Ok There are two or three types of GFCI for this post.
One has Genuine screw terminals I have one of those to my right (KITCH-2 Circuit an added kitchen circuit) Others have wire leads... The one Damon put in at the factory behind me.. others have special "Snap on" connectors (you get a matching connector and it has wire leads)

Now a 12 or 14 ga wire properly bent around the screw and then tightened down.. Usually lasts a long. long time.. But in my RV I found several loose screws in the electrical system (not the outlets. they don't have any, but the breaker box) So I won't say the installer properly tightened.

I've had wire nutted wire to wire connections FAIL.. 2 of them or 3 (forget which) as well.

Finally we have the Uni-Box/Quick-box outlets.. Not really up to the kind of loads we often place on the kitchen, can MELT internally and loose contact. Have had one overheat. and seen one that melted the wire and dang near caused a fire.

Check all outlets on the GFCI chain, working or not. Starting with the GFCI Load connections.
