I would disconnect the truck 7 way cord and pull the Break a way cable and see if you still have the noise. If so, I would suspect a rusted corroded Brake wire connection inside the underbelly. Are you the original owner? If not, maybe a previous owner installed some type of Aftermarket Break system controller. Doug
